Key Responsibilities
Maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, monitors, mobiles, printers, and accessories.
Record asset issuance, transfers, returns, and disposals.
Manage onboarding, transfers, and offboarding asset allocation.
Perform physical verification and audits.
Track asset movement.
Maintain handover/return documentation.
Coordinate repairs, warranty, AMC, and vendor support.
Monitor software licenses.
Generate inventory and audit reports.
Coordinate secure disposal of obsolete assets.
Complete IT asset clearance during Full & Final settlement.
Maintain confidentiality and security.

Required Skills:
Understanding of asset management workflows, IMAC activities, inventory systems, documentation, reporting, communication, and hardware lifecycle management.

Preferred Experience

Minimum 2 years in IT Asset Management or IT Support with exposure to audits, inventory, vendor coordination, warranty, and AMC management.

Educational Qualification

Any Degree or 3-Year Diploma

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
