Operate and monitor the MEE plant according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Start up, shut down, and regulate evaporator systems safely.
Monitor process parameters such as:
Temperature
Pressure/vacuum
Steam consumption
Feed flow rate
Condensate flow
Product concentration
Maintain required evaporation efficiency and product quality.
Record operational data in logbooks and shift reports.

Equipment Monitoring
Check pumps, valves, pipelines, heat exchangers, and condensers.
Monitor boiler steam supply and cooling water systems.
Identify abnormal conditions such as leaks, scaling, fouling, or equipment malfunction.

Maintenance Support
Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
Assist maintenance teams during breakdowns and plant shutdowns.
Help with cleaning and descaling of evaporator effects.

Pay: ₹10,215.82 - ₹30,532.08 per month
