Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and other marketing channels.
Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable property options.
Arrange and conduct property site visits.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers.
Negotiate property prices and rental agreements.
Assist clients with documentation and the closing process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property values.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
