Create up-to-date, high-performance frontends using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Design and manage databases (MySQL, Supabase, MongoDB) — schema design, query optimization, backups, and migrations
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments
Manage hosting, domains, DNS, and SSL across GoDaddy, Namecheap, and AWS
Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) daily to accelerate development, code reviews, debugging, and documentation
Own project management for your work — planning, task tracking, timelines, and explicit stakeholder communication
Ensure website security, uptime, page speed, and adherence to SEO/web performance best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly; maintain proper documentation
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers as the team grows
