Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and employee training.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
Coordinate emergency response drills and evacuation procedures.
Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance.
Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
