Cold Calling and following up with prospective clients.
Counselling them for various courses/ countries.
Provide consultation with a high level of professionalism in person and through online channels.
Act as the single point of contact for clients with respect to queries and live cases.
To ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
Keeping a follow-up on Mature leads and onboard them.
