Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor the water project activities as per timelines.
Coordinate with field team and community stakeholders for smooth execution.
Regular field visits to ensure quality implementation and close monitoring.
Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.
Track progress against targets and prepare periodic reports for management/donors.
Ensure to provide reports and success stories to partners monthly, quarterly, or as per guidelines.
Assess and analysis of water demand-supply gaps in project areas and use findings to design and implement appropriate solutions.
Verify existing water harvesting structures for their functionality and recommend revival or strengthening measures.
Facilitate community meetings, trainings, awareness sessions,
and exposure visits on water management and climate-resilient practices.
Promote inclusion of women, marginalized groups, and small farmers in decision-making processes.
Budget preparation, resource allocation, and utilization & monitoring.
Organize meetings, workshops, and review sessions with stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between project team, community, and partners.
Identify risks, challenges, and gaps in implementation and suggest solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
