Primary Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the strategic roadmap for the Claims Agentic AI Platform and associated product portfolio
Establish long-term product vision aligned with enterprise AI strategy, operational transformation goals, and business priorities
Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, and knowledge-driven decision systems
Translate business challenges into scalable platform capabilities and reusable services
Drive product investment decisions based on business impact, customer needs, adoption metrics, and ROI
Product Ownership & Delivery
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement
Prioritize product backlog, capabilities, and platform investments based on business value and strategic alignment
