Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Dispatch, or Logistics
Prior Chat Support experience preferred
Robust English communication skills (B2 CEFR level or above)
Proficiency in:
Twilio Flex
Zendesk
Slack
Google Maps
Internal Admin Dashboards
Typing speed of 50+ WPM
Ability to manage 3+ active chats simultaneously
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Excellent emotional intelligence and de-escalation abilities
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
