Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for technical goods and capital investments.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of equipment and materials.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting thorough assessments of their capabilities and reliability.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and service standards are met.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and recent products.
Analyze procurement data and reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:




Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to understand procurement needs and align purchasing strategies.
Participate in project meetings to provide procurement insights and support project timelines.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance and procurement processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on technical goods or capital equipment.
Robust negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
