Job Responsibilities
Prepare 2D working drawings and detailed execution drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models and photorealistic renders.
Conduct site measurements and prepare layouts.
Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and preferences.
Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and décor.
Coordinate with the site team to ensure smooth execution of approved designs.
Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and design coordination.
Ensure designs are practical, accurate, and execution-ready.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Experience with SketchUp or 3ds Max.
Proficiency in V-Ray (mandatory).
Knowledge of Lumion.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop is an added advantage.
Good understanding of interior materials, space planning, and furniture detailing.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Experience
