Job description:
Formulate individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, assessment, and goals.
Administer manual therapy techniques, including complex mobilization methods, to restore function and reduce pain.
Guide and assist trauma and post-surgical patients in regaining mobility and functional independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Stay updated with the latest developments and practices in physiotherapy.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Patient Recovery Rate
○ Percentage of patients meeting treatment goals within the expected timeframe.
Patient Satisfaction Score
○ Feedback and ratings from patients regarding quality of care and communication.
Treatment Plan Adherence
○ Consistency in following and updating prescribed treatment protocols.
Session Utilization Rate
○ Ratio of actual patient sessions completed vs. scheduled appointments.
Documentation Accuracy
○ Timely and complete record-keeping of treatment sessions and progress reports.
