Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Telugu and English:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Punctual and able to manage time effectively
Willingness to learn current skills and grow with the company
Previous telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Make calls to potential customers and generate leads
Follow up with prospective clients
Explain real estate projects and answer customer queries
Maintain and update lead details in MS Excel
Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 per month
Location: Visakhapatnam
