Experience Required - 3+ Years
Provide second-level support for Linux systems, resolving escalated issues from L1 support.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes with mínimal downtime.
Maintain and administer Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) in physical, virtual, and cloud settings.
Manage users, groups, permissions, and access controls across multiple systems.
Automate tasks and processes using shell scripts or other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes.
Ensure compliance with internal security standards and hardening guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Network teams.
Document all operational procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Pay: ₹9,859.42 - ₹50,894.77 per month
