Mall Store (Sunglass Outlet) - Ahmedabad
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and understand their product requirements
Guide customers in selecting frames, and optical accessories
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue
Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
Handle billing, POS operations, and basic cash handling
Manage customer follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with store staff for smooth operations
Follow company policies, SOPs, and mall discipline guidelines
Experience in retail sales, preferably in a mall environment
Optical retail experience is an added advantage (frames, lenses, eyewear)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a sales mindset
Willingness to work in shifts,
weekends, and holidays (mall operations)
Smart and presentable in appearance.
