Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production as per targets
Ensure product quality, consistency, and standard processes
Monitor frying, mixing, and seasoning parameters
Control wastage and optimize raw material usage
Supervise manpower and maintain shop floor discipline
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store teams
Ensure hygiene, GMP, and food safety compliance
Maintain production records and reports

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
