Develop and implement Pan India marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
Strengthen brand positioning through creative promotional activities and events.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Sales & Business Development
Support the sales team in achieving revenue and business growth targets.
Develop and expand dealer, distributor, franchise, and retail partner networks across India.
Identify new business prospects and strategic markets.
Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Dealer & Channel Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and monitor market performance.
Ensure effective implementation of marketing programs across all regions.





Marketing Campaign Management
Plan seasonal campaigns for festive collections, wedding jewellery, and recent product launches.
Coordinate advertising, social media, influencer marketing, and PR activities.
Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign ROI.

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with sales, merchandising, product development, and retail operations teams.
Lead and mentor the regional marketing team.
Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and event partners.

Reporting & Analysis
Prepare sales and marketing MIS reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Present marketing performance reports to senior management.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
