Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
Improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Plan sponsored ads, display ads, keyword campaigns, and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance and scale profitable campaigns.

Catalog & Listing Optimization
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, and storefronts.
Improve product rankings and organic visibility.
Coordinate with design and content teams to create high-converting product pages.
Launch recent products and manage complete catalog operations.

Growth & Marketing
Plan and execute marketplace-specific growth campaigns.




Work with influencers and creators to drive traffic and sales.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Identify trending products, market opportunities, and competitor strategies.

Quick Commerce Management
Manage product performance on Blinkit and Instamart.
Improve visibility, availability, and sales performance.
Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment strategies.

Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track sales, advertising, rankings, conversion rates, and profitability.
Use data-driven insights to improve marketplace performance.

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management.
Robust experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Blinkit, Instamart, and Snapdeal.
Expertise in marketplace ads and performance marketing.
Solid understanding of SEO for marketplace listings.
