Identify and develop current business prospects in the architectural, construction, and healthcare sectors.
Travel extensively to meet prospective clients, architects, consultants, contractors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Generate leads and convert them into architectural, healthcare, interior fit-out, and turnkey project opportunities.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and healthcare decision-makers.

Required Skills:
Solid business development and sales skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Positive understanding of architectural drawings, construction processes, and healthcare infrastructure projects.
Ability to identify client requirements and provide effective solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
