Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the Technical Product Manager for a US Healthcare IT product or portfolio, owning end-to-end product lifecycle outcomes
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned to business objectives and customer needs
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring effective execution against roadmap and delivery milestones
Lead translation of business needs into scalable technical solutions, defining capabilities, features, and system requirements




Drive deep system and data analysis to inform decision-making and solution design
Lead release planning and execution in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, operations)
Clearly communicate product strategy, priorities, and trade-offs to engineering teams, leadership, and stakeholders
Partner closely with UX and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality product experiences
Ensure consistent, value-driven delivery aligned to business goals and MBOs
Lead product demos, stakeholder reviews, and Go/No-Go readiness to support successful releases
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and outcome-driven delivery across the portfolio
Collaborate across business, engineering, product, and operations to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive outcomes
