Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the construction site store and warehouse.
Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity, specifications, and condition against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
Maintain proper records of GRN, Material Receipt, Material Issue, Stock Transfer, Return Material, and Material Requisition.
Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the purchase team about material requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Properly store and preserve construction materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
