We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technology professionals to support our growing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Conduct initial screening, technical assessments coordination, and interview scheduling
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular updates to hiring managers





Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT/Technical recruitment
Robust understanding of various technical roles and skills (developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, etc.)
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a rapid-paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
