Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles.
Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
Monitor vehicle performance and arrange timely repairs to reduce breakdowns and extend service life.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, including emissions standards, licensing, and safety inspections.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle service history, parts inventory, fuel usage, and maintenance costs.
Work closely with procurement to source and order necessary parts and equipment.
Analyze maintenance data and provide reports on vehicle reliability, downtime, and expenses.
Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors.
Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean and secure workshop workplace.
Train and develop maintenance staff in technical skills and safety procedures.
