This role requires hands-on work on the shop floor to lead the production and testing of hydraulic products while working closely in supporting the production and design executives.
Responsibilities and Duties
Direct day-to-day operations of the shop floor.
Manage material flow, inventory control, and issuing of material as per work orders.
Maintain and improve the production flow, assembly procedures, and toolings.
Involve in technical aspects of the systems for troubleshooting and quality standards.
Hands-on prototyping and testing of the products.
Manage packing and shipping of orders while coordinating with the office.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Education:
Diploma / Diploma to Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
