About the position : Specialist, Human Resources

The role will be based out of our Ahilyanagar Manufacturing facility and will be reporting to the Director
Human Resources.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
Manage employee and contingent worker onboarding, hiring and separations.
Ensure accuracy and maintenance of employee records in different HR systems.
Drive HR process compliance and adherence to company policies.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards.
Being a voice of the increasing women’s network in the Nagar manufacturing plant.
Driving Employee engagement activities for the location.
Being the main contact point for liasoning with HR Service providers for both locations
Working with external stakeholders like regulatory authorities, organisations to deliver harmony and value.
Raising bills,



liasoning with vendors for payments related to various HR activities and processes
Managing different internal and external audits like ISO 9001, IATF, etc as well as Customer Audits.
Participating in Global and Regional HR initiatives and driving them to closure
Managing the Training & Development needs of the Contingent Workers and employees of the location
Foster a positive employee relations climate across the plant.
Address grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee concerns.
Monitor training effectiveness and learning compliance.
