Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA using company-provided leads and databases.
Introduce Falcon USA's services and identify customer needs.
Generate qualified business leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager.
Follow approved call scripts while adapting conversations to customer responses.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about company services.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
Coordinate with the Business Development team regarding qualified prospects.
Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and competitors.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales.




Experience handling the US market is an advantage.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Neutral accent with transparent pronunciation.
Comfortable working in US business hours.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
