Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute ongoing commercial building development projects. The role involves end-to-end site execution, coordination with contractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle construction and development of commercial buildings (new & ongoing projects)
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities
Study and implement drawings, layouts, and specifications
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors
Prepare and verify BOQ, estimates, and material planning
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and workmanship standards
Track project progress, timelines, and cost control
Resolve in office technical and execution issues
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Skills & Technical Requirements:
Robust experience in commercial building construction
Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination
Ability to read architectural & structural drawings
Hands-on experience in site management and contractor handling
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel
Understanding of safety norms and construction standards
Experience in industrial / commercial infrastructure projects
Can handle multiple development works simultaneously
Practical, site-oriented, and solution-driven approach
Positive coordination and communication skills
