Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Manage sales, marketing, operations, and distribution.
Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain distributor and key customer relationships.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Lead and mentor teams to improve performance.
Ensure smooth operational and supply chain management.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
3+ years of FMCG industry experience.
Solid leadership, sales, and business development skills.
