About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Monitoring & Operations
Monitor AWS cloud environments using cloud-native and third-party monitoring tools.
Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests within defined SLA timelines.




Perform routine health checks and operational validation activities.
Monitor infrastructure components including:
EC2 Instances
RDS Databases
EKS Clusters
Load Balancers
Storage Services
Network Components
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 and L3 CloudOps teams.

Incident Management
Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of infrastructure alerts and incidents.
Create, update, and manage incident tickets using ITSM tools.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks during incident handling.
Ensure proper documentation of troubleshooting activities and resolution steps.
Support major incident management activities under guidance from senior engineers.

Infrastructure Administration
Assist with user management, access requests, and basic infrastructure administration activities.
Support operating system patching and maintenance activities.
