About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our IT team. This role is ideal for a fresher or student who is passionate about technology and wants to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, hardware, networking, and IT operations.

You will work closely with the IT team to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and help ensure that IT systems, devices, and services are running smoothly.

What You Will Do
Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Assist users with Windows and macOS troubleshooting and basic software-related issues.
Set up and configure laptops and IT equipment for current employees.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including IT asset handover and collection.
Support basic troubleshooting of Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN,



and internet connectivity issues.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, laptop assignments, repairs, and inventory.
Assist with physical asset verification and regular IT inventory checks.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and replacements.
Maintain IT support documentation, trackers, and troubleshooting records.
Manage and update IT support tickets and ensure issues are properly documented and escalated when required.
Follow IT security, data protection, and company policies.
Support the IT team with day-to-day IT operations and other technical tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS.
Understanding of basic networki
