Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Inform students about training programs, certifications, workshops, internships, and placement prospects.
Mobilize students for enrollment in various skill development and EV-related programs.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and conversion reports.
Coordinate with trainers, mobilization teams, and institutes for batch formation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and mobilization targets.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Marathi.
Solid convincing and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of calls.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in telecalling, student counseling, admissions, mobilization, or customer support preferred.
Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
