Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to manage daily operations at Vizag Metro Cash & Carry. The role involves handling fleet operations, team coordination, and ensuring smooth and timely order dispatch, delivery and arranging the new vehicles and DAs

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee deployment of up to 8 to 10 vehicles and Delivery Associates.
Plan routes and ensure effective dispatch of orders from the warehouse
Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Follow up with drivers and DAs to maintain service levels
Handle day-to-day operational challenges and escalations
Arrange Adhoc, backup vehicles and DAs in case of no-shows
Identify and onboard recent vendors when required




Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, drivers, and vendors

Requirements:
Experience in logistics/transport or warehouse operations preferred.
Onboarding a Recent vendors and Deploying a adhoc or dedicated vehicles and DAs.
Robust coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Good communication and team management skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
