Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), User Stories, Process Flows, and Use Cases.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Work closely with Development, QA, Product, and Project Management teams throughout the SDLC.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
Support solution design, system integration, and UAT activities.
Coordinate with client teams for requirement validation, change requests, and project updates.
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for project stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
Excellent knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on experience with BRD, FRS,



SRS, User Stories, UML, and Use Cases.
Robust understanding of APIs, Web Services, JSON/XML, and System Integrations.
Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.
Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical teams and business users.

Preferred Qualifications
