Role

A Customer Support Representative handles customer queries over voice calls for international (North America) customers. The role requires excellent English communication and a skilled approach to solving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and provide support.
Resolve customer queries politely and efficiently.
Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Meet quality (QA) and productivity targets.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Eligibility
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Basic technical knowledge and customer service skills are preferred.

Salary

Freshers
Package: ₹29,000/month
CTC: ₹23,951
PLI: ₹2,500
Statutory Bonus: ₹2,548

Experienced
Package: ₹30,000/month
CTC: ₹24,410
PLI: ₹3,000

Note: PLI is paid after training based on attendance, login hours, quality (QA), and customer satisfaction (CSAT/DSAT). work Schedule
5 working days per week.
2 rotational week offs.
Majorly night shifts.
10-hour shift (including a 1-hour break).
Cab facility for eligible night shifts.
No leave allowed during the first 3 months (except weekly offs).
10 days free accommodation (dual occupancy).
One-way bus/train/flight ticket reimbursement.
Relocation bonus up to ₹10,000 (not applicable for rehires).
Can communicate confidently in English.
Are comfortable working in night shifts.
