Job Responsibilities
Connect with clients through company-generated leads.
Understand customer requirements and assist them in purchasing residential and commercial properties.
Make cold calls and follow up with prospects.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Assist clients throughout the purchase process and documentation.
Conduct market research on recent projects, builders, and properties.
Stay updated on real estate rules, regulations, and market trends.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and builders.
Contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 4 years of only real estate experience preferred.:
Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business Development, or Voice Process is preferred.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply.
Must own a bike and be willing to travel for site visits.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Passion for sales with a target-oriented mindset.
