Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Attend and assist customers professionally and provide excellent service.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Maintain product display and store presentation standards.
Support billing, stock handling, and store operations as required.
Provide product information and assist customers in purchase decisions.
Support inventory management and stock handling activities.
Handle billing and basic retail operations as required.
Follow company policies and sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification:Higher Secondary (12th Pass / Intermediate Pass):
Jewellery / Gold retail experience will be preferred:
Good knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
