We are looking for a detail-oriented Cut List Manager to manage production drawings, optimize cutting plans, and coordinate with the factory team for effective manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cut lists from approved production drawings.
Verify dimensions, materials, edge banding, grain direction, and hardware requirements before releasing jobs for production.
Generate optimized cutting layouts to minimize material wastage.
Coordinate with the panel saw, edge banding,



CNC, drilling, and assembly teams.
Review production drawings and identify discrepancies before manufacturing.
Ensure all components are correctly labelled and documented.
Plan daily production schedules based on project priorities and delivery commitments.
Monitor material utilization and report wastage.
Coordinate with the design and project teams regarding drawing revisions and production changes.
Maintain production records, cut list files, and job status reports.
Ensure all jobs are released to production with complete documentation.
Support quality control by ensuring components are manufactured according to approved specifications.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
Knowledge of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, edge banding, and modular hardware.
