Job Summary
The Senior Coordinator -Talent Program Delivery is responsible for the end-to-end administration and operational execution of corporate leadership development and talent management initiatives. This role involves managing program logistics, conducting rigorous reporting and data analysis to drive informed decision-making, and contributing to the research, design, and delivery of high-impact learning content. This role operates in a global context and requires flexibility to support programs and stakeholders across various time zones in a remote or hybrid setting, with a small set of core working hours that accommodate collaboration across North America and Europe.Responsibilities
Program Administration & Logistics: Administer ATS Leadership Development Programs by coordinating and executing all logistical requirements, including planning, scheduling, securing facilitators, conducting program surveys, organizing events/sessions etc.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts and process invoices in close collaboration with the Finance,
Legal and other departments as needed to ensure compliance and budgetary alignment. Establish and leverage solid team-oriented working relationships with HLT, business leaders, HRBPs to implement leadership and talent initiatives.
Talent Management Support: Provide high-quality support for talent management initiatives, i.e. IDP, talent review, recent processes and tools, etc.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Research and analyze internal and external data to generate accurate and insightful reports. Track and measure program success, forecast future trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement.
Content Development Support: Conduct research to support learning needs analysis and content development. Assist with preparing instructional materials to ensure learning requirements are met effectively and on schedule
