Key Responsibilities
Convert leads into confirmed bookings for resort stays, weddings, events, day-out packages, and travel packages.
Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and business partners.
Manage online travel portals and social media promotions.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a CRM database.
Identify current business opportunities and partnerships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality, tourism, travel, or sales & marketing is preferred.
Excellent communication,
negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
