Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and produce high-resolution photos and video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media.
Edit raw photos and video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
Set up and operate lighting, audio, cameras, lenses, and production equipment for indoor and outdoor shoots.
Brainstorm visual concepts, storyboards, and creative ideas with the marketing and creative teams.
Capture and edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product promos).
Maintain, organize, and archive all visual assets and digital media libraries.
Manage and care for company photography/videography equipment and inventory.
Deliver polished visual projects within specified deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Photographer & Videographer.
Solid proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects).
Hands-on expertise with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, gimbals, microphones, and audio equipment.
Solid understanding of visual composition, framing, color grading, storyboarding, and audio syncing.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and handle multiple creative projects.

Preferred Background
Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Communication, Filmmaking, or Digital Media is preferred.
Prior experience in product photography, corporate video shoots, or social media content creation will be a strong advantage.
