Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized educational support to students with special educational needs.
Develop and implement appropriate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Identify students' learning needs and monitor their academic and social progress.
Use suitable teaching strategies and differentiated learning methods.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, counselors, and school management.
Maintain proper records and documentation of student progress.
Support students in developing academic, social, emotional, and life skills.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning setting.
Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or relevant field.
B.Ed. Special Education / RCI-recognized qualification preferred.:
Relevant experience as a Special Educator in a school or educational institution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and student-focused approach.
Good knowledge of inclusive education practices and special education methodologies.
Salary: ₹40,000 per month
