This position includes the following:
Ability to analyze, scrub and validate large amounts of data using standardized tools (SQL, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel)
Working in various Hospital Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Provide analysis of various reimbursement projects which may include Medicare DSH, Medicaid DSH, Wage Index, Occupational Mix,, IME, GME and Worksheet S-10 engagements
Identify opportunities and provide clients with support in making strategic reimbursement decisions
Build relationships with clients and community contacts to contribute to the overall marketing efforts of the Firm
Work cross-functionally with other members of the healthcare consulting practice
Here are the qualifications you should bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data analytics or similar major
CPA, plans to pursue CPA certification or similar certification/advanced degree
Robust technical skills, including those required to be proficient with MS Office; solid Microsoft Excel experience required
Experience with Alteryx & SQL coding preferred
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Time management skills and the abi
