Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day backend office operations.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records.
Coordinate with production, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
Update and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Assist in data management, filing,



and administrative tasks.
Support management with operational and coordination activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year).
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of documentation and office administration.
Familiarity with ERP or inventory software is an added advantage (not mandatory).
