About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the US market.
Understand client requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain and update lead information, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Support sales strategies to achieve business development goals.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/B.E./MCA or any technical field.:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of software development, IT services, or technology solutions.
Interest in sales, business development, and client interaction.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.




Willingness to learn business development and sales processes.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of the US IT market and technology industry.
Experience with LinkedIn networking and lead generation.
Understanding of software services, SaaS, or IT consulting.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Prior internship or experience in sales/business development is an advantage.

Work Requirements
Comfortable working in US shift timings.
Open to relocation to Jaipur if selected.
Comfortable communicating with international clients.

Experience
Freshers with a technical background and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
