Location Delhi

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing cybersecurity team.
Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
Identify and prioritize cybersecurity risks.
Conduct security assessments and penetration testing.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Investigate and respond to security incidents.
Communicate security risks and procedures to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure overall system security.
Mentor and coach junior team members.

Technical Skills:
Network Security
Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, routing, and switching.
Experience with enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Sophos, or Check Point).
Network security implementation and monitoring.

Security Operations
Hands-on experience with SIEM solutions (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic,



ArcSight).
Knowledge of IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR/XDR, DLP, and endpoint protection technologies.
Experience with Sentinel One EDR and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).

Infrastructure & System Security
Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory security.
Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Nessus, Qualys, or OpenVAS.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a similar discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized institute.

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in security assessment, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), network security, ISMS (Information Security Management System) review or implementation.

Qualified Certifications:
At least one certification from CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, OSCE, ISCP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH (Certified Ethi
