Key Responsibilities
Prepare and operate dialysis machines before each treatment.
Prepare patients for dialysis and monitor them throughout the procedure.
Record vital signs and treatment details accurately.
Observe patients for any complications and immediately inform the doctor or nurse.
Clean and disinfect dialysis machines and equipment after each use.
Follow infection prevention and biomedical waste management protocols.
Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
Ensure adequate availability of dialysis consumables and report shortages.
Handle dialysis equipment carefully and report any malfunctions.
Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Dialysis Technology.
