As we scale our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and talented Structural BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to high-profile international structures.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Structural BIM Modeler with a solid background in structural systems to join our team. In this role, you will turn preliminary concepts, engineering calculations, and sketches into exact, high-quality 3D models and detailed design drawings. You will work hand-in-hand with our engineering team in a quick-paced,
deadline-driven environment to deliver world-class deliverables for our international partners.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality, accurate Structural BIM 3D models for a diverse range of international projects.
Develop detailed design drawings, foundation plans, and structural details using Revit and AutoCAD.
Translate preliminary concepts, hand sketches, engineering calculations, and specifications into code-compliant model elements and construction documents.
Create, manage, and maintain custom parametric Revit families and standard project details to support evolving project needs.
Collaborate closely with lead structural engineers to update models, refine structural layouts, and maintain quality standards across project phases.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in BIM, with a
