Job Summary
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding




Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial interview rounds
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports:
Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills:
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Valuable understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus
