Responsibilities1. Current Product Development & Project Management
Lead end-to-end NPD activities from RFQ, feasibility study, design review, prototyping, APQP, PPAP, and SOP.
Develop project plans, milestones, and resource allocation.
Ensure on-time launch of recent products and customer approvals.
Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions.
Customer & Business Development Support
Coordinate with OEM and Tier-1 customers for technical discussions and product approvals.
Participate in RFQ reviews, cost estimation, and technical presentations.
Support business growth through new product opportunities and innovation.
Engineering & Design Management
Review product designs for manufacturability and cost optimization.
Guide design, tooling, fixtures, gauges, and validation activities.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and automotive standards.
Quality & Process Validation
Lead APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA activities.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.




Drive continuous improvement and defect prevention initiatives.
Supplier & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers for tooling, raw materials, and development activities.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Purchase, SCM, and Sales teams.
Ensure smooth transition from development to mass production.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor NPD engineers and project teams.
Establish performance goals and training plans.
Promote innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.
