Job SummaryThe Legal Executive will be responsible for handling land-related legal matters, title verification, due diligence, liaisoning with Patwari, Tehsildar, Revenue Department, and other government authorities. The role involves supporting land acquisition, property documentation, registrations, mutation processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable land and property laws. Key ResponsibilitiesLand Acquisition & Revenue Coordination
Coordinate with Patwari, Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar, SDM, and Revenue Department officials.
Collect and verify Jamabandi, Khasra, Khatauni, Mutation, Aks-Shajra, and other land records.
Support land acquisition and ownership verification activities.
Conduct field visits for land identification, demarcation, and boundary verification.
Follow up on land mutation, partition, and registration matters.

Legal Due Diligence
Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of land parcels.
Examine ownership history, encumbrances, court cases, and revenue records.
Identify legal risks and prepare due diligence reports.




Verify compliance with applicable land and property laws.

Documentation & Drafting
Draft, review, and vet Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Agreements to Sell, MOUs, Power of Attorney, and other legal documents.
Maintain records of land transactions and registrations.
Coordinate execution and registration of documents at Sub-Registrar offices.

Government Liaisoning
Liaise with Revenue, Registration, Municipal, and other government departments.
Obtain approvals, NOCs, and land-related clearances.
Coordinate with external advocates and consultants for legal matters.

Litigation & Compliance
Assist in handling land disputes, notices, and court cases.
Coordinate with advocates for legal proceedings and documentation.
Ensure compliance with land revenue laws, registration laws, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain legal MIS and litigation records.
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
